2. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for business coaching services. Timely communication and document provision are essential for effective leadership development delivery.

3. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with Swiss business professional standards and regulatory requirements.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on coaching type and complexity. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We accept major payment methods and provide detailed invoices.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining professional standards:

  • Coaching consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided
  • For ongoing coaching services, unused prepaid amounts may be refunded upon written request
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion
  • Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Processing time for approved refunds is typically 5-10 business days
